Due to this used condoms location and attitude I have to assume it was tossed out of a second story apartment window. I also have to ask: why? Why would someone just drop a condom on the ground? Icky.

I have to ask: why would someone take a picture of a used condom? you'd better clean/disinfect your lens!
I would imagine this condom was used for drug delivery not pleasure delivery due to it's location in the city! :)
